Here is my second quick, healthy and easy #bowl recipe.Give it a go!2 tbsp of dried Kombu1/2 Avocado5 tbsp spring onions2 shishito pepper180g salmon1 tbsp of yuzu1 tsp mirin1 tbsp shoyu1 tsp soy sauce1/2 tsp sesame oil1/3 cup chopped tofu1 portion of soba noddles 1/2 tbsp of japanese mayo2 tsp mirin1 tsp mirin1/4 cup dashi stock1 tsp pickled ginger1 tbsp ikurasesame seedstogarashi chilijapanese pickled cucumber2 tbsp fried bacon1. rehydrate the kombu with some water. Drain. Mix with japanese mayo and 2tsp mirin and sesame seeds. 2. Cook the soba noodles. Cool in ice. Drain. Mix with dashi stock and 1tsp mirin. 3. Chop up the spring onions, peppers and mix with the salmon and sauces. 4.
