OKRA DILIS1 cup dried dilis8 pcs okra, sliced1 red onion, sliced5 garlic cloves, sliced2 tsp bagoong3 tomatoes, sliced1 tsp oyster saucepepper to tasteProcedure:1. Deep fry dilis at 165C until crispy2. Saute onions, garlic until translucent and add bagoong3. Add in okra, tomatoes, fried dilis,oyster sauce and toss to combine. Season to taste with pepper and serve.
