GISING-GISINGIngredients:3 tbsp oil3 cloves garlic, minced1 pc small red onion, chopped1 tbsp bagoong1 bundle sitaw, chopped into inch pieces cup chopped sigarilyas3 pcs siling haba/green finger chilies, chopped2 cups coconut milk tsp pepper2 pcs siling labuyoProcedure:1. In a pan with hot oil, saute onions and garlic. Add bagoong and cook for a few seconds.2. Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add sitaw, sigarilyas, and chilies. Season with pepper. Makes 6 servings.
