GISING GISING (BEST PINOY VEGGIE RECIPE)

GISING-GISING
Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small red onion, chopped
1 tbsp bagoong
1 bundle sitaw, chopped into inch pieces
cup chopped sigarilyas
3 pcs siling haba/green finger chilies, chopped
2 cups coconut milk
tsp pepper
2 pcs siling labuyo

Procedure:
1. In a pan with hot oil, saute onions and garlic. Add bagoong and cook for a few seconds.
2. Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add sitaw, sigarilyas, and chilies. Season with pepper. Makes 6 servings.
