INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cucumber, grated
2 cups Plain Yogurt, whisked
1/4 teaspoon Salt, adjust to taste
1/2 teaspoon Roasted Ground Cumin (Jeera powder)
1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala, optional
2 tablespoons Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/2 Green Chili, slit, optional
Mint Leaves, For garnish
1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, Adjust to taste, for garnish
