Not only are they a dairy farm, they are also the innovators of #cowpots -- a manure-based plant pot that can be planted and placed directly into the ground when ready for transplantation. (And #cowpots don't stink!)I spent the day at Freund's Farm Market & Bakery recently, learning about dairy farming and lunching on a meal that was literally from the farm to the table.
