Stuffed Chard Leaves Recipe Sarma Dolma Vegan Friendly

Auntie Saniye is sharing a super-healthy sarma/dolma recipe with us today. It also makes a great alternative to vine leaves if you live in a cooler climate. We hope you enjoy the recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of rinsed rice
2 bunches of chard leaves, dipped in boiled water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
25g of chopped parsley
1 chopped onion
Some salt
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of hot pepper flakes
Half a teaspoon of cumin
1 stem of celeriac leaves (It will be chopped and added to the filling.)
