60 g (1/2 cup) toasted black sesame seeds
50 g (1/4 cup) brown sugar (or regular sugar)
85 g (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
200 g (1 1/2 cup) glutinous rice flour, and extra for dusting
200 ml (2/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) warm water (100°F / 40°C)
