Yuan Chun Famous Lor Mee has a humble beginning that started off from a street hawker at Boon Tat Street. It shifted to Amoy St Food Centre in 1981. Now helmed by Mr Koh, nicknamed 'Ah Bui', the traditional tastes is retained by keeping to a recipe passed down by the former generations. His routine begins at 3am in the wee hours to get the items ready before 7.30am. A bowl of Lor Mee consists of poached and fried Dory fish, prawn fritters, homemade Ngoh Hiang, meatballs and braised pork.
