SUPER EASY SOLE SAMBAL RECIPE

SOLE SAMBAL
Ingredients:
1 (800g-1kg) pc sole fish, skin removed and fins cut
tsp salt
tsp pepper
3 tbsp oil
cup butter

Sambal:
3 pc dried chilies, soaked in warm water for 1 hour
tbsp tamarind paste
3 cloves garlic
1 pc small red onions, chopped
1 tsp shrimp paste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp palm sugar
coriander slices
lemon slices

Procedure:
1. Make the sambal by blending all the ingredients. Cook in a pan over low heat for 8-10 minutes or until liquid has greatly reduced and the paste has changed color. Set aside.
2. Season your fish with salt and pepper on both sides. In a pan with hot oil, cook the fish for 3 minutes on both sides. Top with sambal, some of the butter used in frying, and coriander leaves then serve with lemon slices.
