Sausage Biscuit Burgers, Bushwack Cooking by Erwan Heussaff

Here is another great camping recipe. A beautiful porky and bacon burger made from scratch on a mountain, using a skillet biscuit as the bun.

Skillet Biscuit:

1 3/4 cup flour
pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup of oil
3/4 cup of milk or water

Knead for about 10mins. Make smaller sizes, a bit smaller than your palm.

Pan Fry them on the skillet until cooked through and flaky.

Burger:

Skinless Spiced Sausages just mashed.
A Fried Egg.
Some Cheese
And some baaaaaaaacon.
