[recipes] Stir-fry Bok Choy, Mapo Tofu & Herbal Chicken

250g baby boychoy + nai bai
6 medium prawn, shell removed & devein
2 slices ginger
2 cloves garlic, sliced
some sliced carrot
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
80ml water + 1/4 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp goji berry

150g silken tofu
60g ground meat
2 tbsp diced carrot, optional
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 slices ginger
1/2 tbsp chili bean sauce
1/2 tbsp spicy chili sauce ()
80ml water + 1/4 tsp cornstarch
some chopped spring onion

Method
1. Season ground meat with cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, crack pepper for 10 minutes

1/2 pack Seahs emperor herbs chicken spices
some red dates, halved
some goji berries
2 slices Angelica root (), optional
sliced spring onion
