When I was a child, there were persimmon trees in the garden. I picked the persimmons on my own and ate lots of them. We are making a slightly fancy appetizer with my favorite, persimmon!

6 slices of Nama Ham, raw dry-cured ham (use Prosciutto or Jamón Serrano)
Cream Cheese
Baby Salad Greens

Olive Oil
Black Pepper, coarsely ground

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
