Bone-In Chicken Recipe for Local Gourmet Honetsuki-Dori from Kagawa Prefecture!

When you think of Kagawa Prefecture, you might immediately associate it with Sanuki Udon. However, today we're making another local specialty, bone-in chicken called 'Honetsuki-Dori.' The robust flavors of garlic and pepper will pair well with drinks!

How to Make Honetsuki-Dori

(serves 1) Cook Time: 25 minutes
* Marinating time for the chicken is not included in cooking time.

1 Bone-In Chicken Thigh
Salt, 0.5% of the weight of the meat, ex. for 300g of meat, 300x0.005=1.5g
Black Pepper, coarsely ground
2 cloves Grated Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2-1 tsp Soy Sauce
Cabbage Leaves
Cherry Tomatoes
