Japanese style steak | Shio Koji used Two Ways (FAST AND EASY) | all day i eat like a shark

Shio koji steak is as soft and as juicy as any steak can get. All you need is some white rice, some vegetables and miso soup and you have a complete meal. Sometimes I like to also throw in shiso and or daikon oroshi (grated daikon radish) with a little soy sauce and or lemon juice.
