How to make NATURAL YEAST SHOKUPAN from Raisins Part 2 (EP 296) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today we are going to make NATURAL YEAST SHOKUPAN.

We made NATURAL YEAST STARTER from raisins last week.
It's going to take 5 to 7 days to complete.

It's a good time of the year to start making a natural yeast so let's begin a journey with me!

・Natural yeast starter
100g raisin (preferably organic)
1/5 teaspoon honey
200g water

It will take about three days to complete the process, but you will have the best Shokupan.

First, we are making a pre-ferment.

And then, we are going on to the dough kneading.
