300g shortbread cookies
1/3 cup melted butter
4 cup Nestlé all purpose cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese
300g condensed milk
1/2 cup calamansi juice
1/4 cup shredded coconut
