Chickpea Buddha BowlThis Chickpea Buddha Bowl is replete with so many of our very favorite ingredients. There is something about chickpea dishes that is so satisfying and delicious. This bowl is super healthy and very easy to make.1-540 ml can chickpeas rinsed and drained 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise 60 ml1 tbsp nutritional yeast1/8 tsp ground sage 1 tsp onion powder1 tsp maple syrup1/2 tsp saltVinaigrette4 tsp olive oil3 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tsp maple syrup1/2 tsp dried oreganoa pinch of saltIn a bowl, combine chickpeas, vegan mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, ground sage, onion powder, maple syrup and salt .Mash lightly with a fork.
