Catching and Cooking Rare Eels with Jujumao

This might be Jujumaos greatest cooking challenge on this channel! On this episode, Juju is discovering the wonders of the Giant mottled eel (Anguilla marmorata) and is going to try cooking a few dishes with it. Also known as the Bago River Eel or Sili-Sili, this curious-looking local eel species can be found in the province of Negros in the Philippines.

Theres a lot of work that goes into cultivating these local species of eels, so we want to pay homage to the local artisans by cooking the best meal out of their harvest. The pressure is on, and the big question is: can Juju cook his very first live eel? Stay until the end to find out!
