Watch our latest video NOW!BLACK PEPPER CRAYFISHIngredients:4 tbsp black pepper, freshly crushedcrayfish, scrubbed and cut in half cup cornstarchoil, for frying cup butter1 pc red chili seeded and chopped1/2 pc onion, chopped1 clove, garlic, minced2- tbsp chinese cooking wine1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp light soy sauce cup water1 tbsp palm sugar cup fried garlicProcedure:1. Toast pepper until fragrant. Set aside. Dredge each crayfish in cornstarch and fry for 3-5 minutes. Set aside.2. In a wok, melt butter, and saute chilies, onions. and garlic. Toss in crayfish followed by wine.3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, and sugar. Simmer until thickened. Serve topped with fried garlic.
