Hinalang (1:23)
1kg of beef short ribs and chuck
1 medium white onion
1 Litre of beef broth
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large piece of ginger
1 red bell pepper
1 bunch of scallions
Some Lorins Patis Puro
4 birds eye chilies
½ Chinese cabbage

Pinatisang Manok (5:43)
1 kilo thighs and chicken wings
½ red onion
4 cloves garlic
1 pc lemongrass
2 thumb sizes of ginger
2 red chilies
1 liter of coconut water
1 cup of spinach
3 Long green chilies
4 tbsp Lorins Patis Puro to season

Ginataang Isda (9:23)
½ red onion
1 thumb-sized piece ginger
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp alamang guisado
2 Thai birds eye chilies, 
1 lemon grass stalk
1 tsp  turmeric powder
1 heaped tbsp brown sugar
small bunch coriander
1 can of coconut Milk
1 lime
a small bunch of scallions
3 pieces of lime leaves
