The Best Out of this World, UFO, Alien Burger/ That's Spicy!

Great meeting you guys and we hope you like this "Out of this World, UFO Alien Burger, 2016"

It's one thing to go out and purchase ground beef to make a burger, but if you want to treat yourself to a delicious burger and make it yourself, all you need is a food processor and a freezer. Choose whatever cut of beef you want to add to your burger.

Here is how we make our "Out of this World UFO Alien Burger"
(This makes about 6 burgers)

For the "Supernatural sauce"
8 serrano chilies
fistful of cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
2 cloves of garlic
1 Cup Safflower Oil (or any kind of lighter oil. I find that Olive Oil is a little too rich and overpowering for this sauce)
pinch of salt

For the Burger
1lb skirt steak
1lb chuck
salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs (1 for each burger)
Cheddar cheese, sliced
6 hamburger buns


Freeze beef for 1-2 hours then cut into strips and chunks, pulse it a few times and you have your own ground beef. The reason you freeze it a little is so the sticky proteins don't get too soft and stick all over the blade of the food processor.


Add salt and pepper and gently mix with your hands. Don't over work this part because you don't want your burgers to get too tough.

Gingerly form into burger patties or... flying saucer patties and sear on both sides to your liking.

You can now add the cheese and cover with a lid to let the cheese melt or put the patties on a baking sheet, add the cheese and put into a 350 degree oven for a few minutes or till the cheese melts.

While the cheese is melting, fry your eggs and set aside until it's time to build your "Out of this World, UFO, Alien Burger 2016".

Add the egg on top of the burger, then that spicy, yummy "Supernatural sauce". And be sure to put a seatbelt on because this burger will take you to the Third Phase of Moon!"
