Thai Rose Milk Tea Chiffon Cake

Made this Rose Tea Chiffon Cake using the #chatramue rose tea bags infused in warm milk as well as adding some extra tea leaves into the cake batter
.
Love the fluffy texture of the cake with hint of Rose scent which reminds me of the bandung drink (rose milk drinks) taste
.
Ingredients for 7 cake
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp condensed milk
1 tbsp oil
70ml Thai rose milk tea
70g cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 sachet tea leaves

4 cold egg whites
45g caster sugar
.
note
- Thai rose milk tea can be replaced with your choice of tea or milk - egg uses in this recipe is 60g with shell
