Sweet potato fries
Sweet potato is a versatile ingredient that can be used in sweets/fries/curries.
These sweet potatoes fries are perfectly crispy just then way you like it in a restaurant!!
These can be deep fried or baked to golden brown perfection.


Ingredients

Sweet potato (big)- 1
Oil- To coat the potatoes
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder- 1 teaspoon


Directions:

1. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
2. Slice them into thin discs first. Then cut into julienne pieces.
3. Toss sweet potatoes with enough oil to coat.
4. Coat them with enough salt and red chilli powder.
5. Spread it in a single layer on a baking tray.
6. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Flip the pieces after 15 minutes for even cooking.
7. Cook until crispy.

Crispy sweet potatoes are ready!!!
