Nut stuffed Coconut Ladoo

This is a perfect festive recipe which is super easy to make.

Ingredients:
Almonds-10
Pistachios-10
Pecans-10
Cashews-10
Dates-6
Butter- 2 tbsp
Dessiccated coconut-2.5 cups
Condensed milk-1 cup
Cardamom powder-1/8 tsp
Milk-2 tbsp

Directions:
1. Dry roast all nuts and grind them into powder.
2. Combine dates and nuts powder on medium heat . Make small round balls out of that mixture and keep aside.
3. Heat 2 tbsp butter. Add desiccated coonut, condensed milk, cardamom powder and milk.
4. Cook till the mixture starts to hold shape.
5. Take a small portion of coconut dough into your hands . Flatten the dough slightly and make a depression in the center with your thumb. Add nuts to the centre and roll once again to make perfect round.
6.Finally, roll the ladoo in dessiccated coconut and set it aside.Repeat the process.
Coconut ladoo is ready!!
