Egg tofu

7 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
0.5L of unsweetened soy milk

Vegetable & Sauce Ingredients
------
3 slices of young ginger
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Some broccoli
1 fresh shitake mushrooms
A few slices of carrot
1/.2 teaspoon of sugar
Some cornstarch solution
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
