This is a dream come true for the lovers of Greek Koulouri! For those who dont know, Greek Koulouri is a bread shaped like a ring, coated with sesame seeds and the best example of humble street food.
In this follow-up recipe, I add special stuffing in my Koulouria and shape them like buns. This is the new trend all over Greece and you could use any stuffing you like. I have used chocolate spread, jam and I left some empty to fill them up with slices of cheese later and use like sandwiches.
They can be eaten on the street, on-the-go, at home, school, work, anytime of day.

INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients for making the Koulouria dough:
500 gr / 1lb 2oz / 4 cups Bread Flour sifted
About 300 ml / 1.2 cups Water @room temp.
14-16 gr/ 0.5-0.6 oz / 2 tbsp. Dry Yeast
36 gr / 1.3 oz /3 tbsp. Sugar
7 gr / 0.3 oz / 1.2 tsp. Salt
A bit Olive Oil

Ingredients for coating and stuffing Koulouria:
0.5 lt / 2 cups Water @room temp.
24 gr / 0.85 oz / 2 tbsp. Sugar
180 gr / 6.3 oz / 1.1 cups Sesame Seeds
10 gr / 0.35 oz Black Sesame Seeds
90 gr / 3.2 oz / 4.5 tbsp. Strawberry Jam
About 90 gr / 3.2 oz / 4.5 tbsp. Chocolate Spread (or vegan substitute)
