Simply tastes better making Yong Tau Foo by hand Ipoh Ching's Yong Tau Foo ()

In remembrance of the homecooked food by his mother who passed on during the pandemic, Mr Swee set up a stall selling Ipoh Yong Tau Foo.

Customers are spoilt for choice with the wide selections available - from about 40 to 50 types! About half of them are handmade, stuffed with minced pork and fish paste, and fried. The all-time favourites are stuffed chilli, ladies finger, lotus root, bean skin, and so on. To keep them fresh and crispy, the stall fries YTF in small batches. Pair the YTF with dry noodles made with special sauce, to make a perfect meal.

Another signature is Chee Cheong Fun topped with curry, green bean & pig's skin. The noodle rolls are smooth and silky, specially imported from Malaysia.
