Ready in 15 minutes quick meal; Seafood Fried Rice cooked with XO sauce, shrimp, scallop, french bean, egg and etc.

Ingredients:
2 portion of chilled cooked rice
8 medium shrimps, shell removed
3 frozen scallop, defrost and thickly sliced
6 piece of french beans, diced
2 clove garlic, minced
2 medium egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons XO Sauce
