Salted Vegetable Duck Soup -

This is a very homely and comfort soup which used duck meat and salted vegetable as the main ingredients. To enhance the flavour of the soup, tomato, sour plum and ginger are also added to balance a sweet, sour and salty aftertaste.

Ingredients
850g duck meat (about 1/2 portion)
250g salted vegetables
3 media tomato, cut into wedges
5 slices ginger
3 cloves garlic
3 preserved sour plum
1-2 bird eye chilli, seed remove
