Salmon & Karaage Bento

I prepared this salmon karaage bento for the boy to boost his mood for coming year end school exam

Sauce For Salmon:
100ml hot water
2 tbsp yakitori sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp dark soy sauce
1 stall spring onion, cut into section
2 slices ginger
