Raw Papaya Kootu | Gayathiri's Cookbook

Papaya Kootu:

Raw Papaya is a rich source of essential daily nutrients including vitamins, proteins, and enzymes. It aids in digestion, improves absorption of iron, prevents heart diseases, soothes inflammation or infections, and prevents aging.

This is a South Indian recipe which can be consumed with hot steamed rice or roti. I have used semi-raw papaya for this recipe which gives little sweetness to the Kootu .

You can use either 100% raw papaya or Semi-Raw papaya.
