ONIGIRI Sujiko Salmon Harasu

Delicious onigiri made with sujiko (fish roe) and roasted salmon harasu (belly). All you have to do is to cook rice with a little seasoning, put it on nori (seaweed), and fold it up. Easy even for those who don't like to make onigiri. very delicious.
*Recipe* (for 6 pieces)
Ingredients:
2 cups of rice (300g)
1 teaspoon each of salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, and white soup stock
80g Sujiko
60g Roasted salmon harasu for sashimi
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Ajinomoto (a little)
3 sheets of nori

How to make
1.Add 2 cups (300 g) of rinsed rice and 1 teaspoon each of salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, and white stock into the inner pot of a rice cooker, then pour water up to the 2 cup line and give it a stir.
2.Place in the rice cooker and cook.
3.Prepare your favorite ingredients. This time, I prepared 80g of sujiko and 60g of roasted salmon harasu for sashimi. Toss the salmon with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and a little bit of Ajinomoto.
4.Place the rice, toppings, and rice on a triangular piece of seaweed, then fold the seaweed to form an onigiri. I use 115g of rice for each piece.
5.It's done. This is delicious.
