Todays dinner is another easy #onepanmeal which can be ready in 5 minutes. Korean Spicy Pork serve with banchan and purple rice.Ingredients 200g iberico pork belly 1 pack enoki mushroom 1 medium brown onion, sliced handful of shredded carrot some chopped spring oniontoasted sesame seeds.Spicy Sauce2 tbsp Korean chilli paste1/2 tbsp Korean chilli flakes 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp mirin or rice wine2 tbsp water, kelp or chicken stock3 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp grated ginger dash of pepper.Method1. Preheat a cast iron pan or hot plate, saut onion and mushroom for 20 seconds 2. Add pork belly and give it a quick stir to mix through 3. Next stir in spicy sauce and simmer for 10 seconds4. Turn off heat and sprinkle some chopped spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve immediately with rice and banchan.Note1. Normal frying can be used for this recipe2. Iberico pork can be replaced with chicken or beef3.
