Korean Beef Hot Pot ( , Bulgogi Jungol)

When its cold outside, the first thing I want to eat is a hot pot of bubbling stew. Korean beef hot pot is a wonderful stew that warms you right up!If you made my Korean BBQ beef (Bulgogi)and have some in the freezer, you are already halfway done with the recipe!Just defrost one of your packs, and you will have a stew ready in no time!

In this recipe I will show you how to make your stew in a ttukbaegi, or a ceramic Korean pot, for an individual serving. Ifyou do not have this, then you can use a normal pot and double the recipe for 2 people. The recipe for the broth is enough for 2 servings.
