Japanese Thick Pancake using silicon pancake mould

Hello everyone! Today I will be sharing our thick pancake making video which you can easily made your own at home

Ingredients
1 small pack hotcake mix
120ml full cream or soya milk
1 medium egg, 55-60g
1/2 tsp vanilla extract, optional

Azuki bean, cream cheese, tuna and etc
2 silicon pancake silicon mould
.
Method
1. Lightly whisk egg in a mixing bowl then follow by milk
2. Next stir hotcake mix in 2-3 adding till well mixed
3. Place non-stick pan on Low heat. Fill pancake mould to half according to the line marking
4. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes before adding the filling then continue to cook for 5 minutes
5. Flip over then cook for another 3-4 minutes till browned
6. Remove and cool on wire rack for 2 minutes before remove it from mould and serve
.
Pancake mould can be purchased from daiso. Cooking time different between total of 10-13 minutes depend on your stove heat
