These Oats Dosa are healthy, delicious and very easy to make. A couple of readily available ingredients come together to make a quick and easy dosa.Ingredients:Rolled oats- 1 cupRice flour/wheat flour- 1/2 cupSooji/Rava- 1/4 cupYogurt/ curd- 1/2 cupGreen chillies- 3Jeera- 1 tspSalt- As neededOil- As neededCurry leaves- 1 stemDirections:1.Oats flour- Dry roast the rolled oats for 2 minutes and grind into a fine powder.2. Mix oats flour, rice flour, sooji, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, yogurt and salt in a bowl.3.
