Instant Oats Dosa | Gayathiri's Cookbook

These Oats Dosa are healthy, delicious and very easy to make. A couple of readily available ingredients come together to make a quick and easy dosa.

Ingredients:
Rolled oats- 1 cup
Rice flour/wheat flour- 1/2 cup
Sooji/Rava- 1/4 cup
Yogurt/ curd- 1/2 cup
Green chillies- 3
Jeera- 1 tsp
Salt- As needed
Oil- As needed
Curry leaves- 1 stem

Directions:
1.Oats flour- Dry roast the rolled oats for 2 minutes and grind into a fine powder.
2. Mix oats flour, rice flour, sooji, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, yogurt and salt in a bowl.
3. Add water to create dosa batter consistency.Mix it well without any lumps.
4.When the taw is hot enough , spread the batter and add oil on the edges.
5.When the edges turn brown, flip and cook the other side.

Oats dosa is ready!!
