Hungry for breakfast? This couple gets ready for you by 5am Toa Payoh Fishball Minced Meat Noodle

Since 1976, Mr Soh has been involved the hawker business. As the stall name implies, it was originally located at Toa Payoh. Due to a hike in rent, he shifted the stall to Tiong Bahru 6 years ago.

Mr Soh's routine starts at 4am in the wee hours and ends at 3.30pm. Assisted by his wife, Mr Soh offers a fishball and musroom minced meat noodle, poek rib noodle and laksa.
