How to make Nikuman and Anman | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

Shiitake mushroom 4~5
Chinese cabbage 3~5 leaves
Garlic & Ginger 1TBS each
Meat 150g
Sesame oil 2TBS
Oyster sauce 1.5TBS
Mirin 1TBS
Sake 1TBS
Fish Sauce 1TBS
Soy sauce 2TBS
Peanut butter 1TBS
Sugar 1TBS
Salt & Pepper
Oil 1TBS
