1 tsp Soy Sauce

1/2 Egg

70g Atsuage, thick deep-fried tofu (2.5 oz)
20g Long Green Onion, coarsely chopped (0.7 oz)
1/2 tbsp Potato Starch

- Sweet Vinegar Sauce -
60ml Chicken Stock: ¼ tsp Chinese-style chicken stock powder, dissolved (2.0 fl oz)
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Soy Sauce
White Pepper
1 tsp Potato Starch
1 tsp Water

Green Leaf Lettuce
Cherry Tomatoes

Vegetable Oil

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
