How to Make Flower Sushi Roll - Japanese Girl's Festival | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making flower sushi roll for the girls festival.

The third of March is the Japanese girls' festival and we celebrate the day with special menu wishing girls happiness and health.

You can make this sushi roll with very few ingredients. But maybe it's not easy to find the cod roe in your area, in that case, use Furikake instead.

2 half-size Sushi Rolls
・Sushi rice
180 ml rice
180 ml water
2 tbs sushi vinegar
