How to Pickle Armenian Cucumbers Preserving, Pickling Tutorial

Auntie Saniye is teaching us how to make pickled cucumbers today. We hope you enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS:
2 litres of drinking water
2 kilograms of Armenian cucumbers (Auntie has small-sized ones)
5 to 6 small hot peppers
200ml of grape vinegar
4 tablespoons of salt (rock OR table salt)
6 to 7 cloves of garlic, chopped in big pieces
30g of parsley
