How to make Yucky, Icky HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN TRUFFLES

We decided to try making vegan style PUMPKIN TRUFFLES. however, it's not 100% vegan because we chose to use semi sweet chocolate and not a vegan chocolate. These PUMPKIN TRUFFLES require no baking and don't take much time to prepare.

1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin pie seasoning
teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients (except chocolate) together in a bowl, then roll PUMPKIN mix into little balls.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.

Dip the balls in the chocolate and place on a platter with parchment or wax paper.

Freeze for about 15-20 minutes.

Done! Trick or treat?
