Not sure what to do with all of your Thanksgiving leftovers? A delicious sandwich is certainly one idea, but did you think to mix all of your ingredients in a bowl with an egg, some breadcrumbs and then roll them into a ball? Give them a good sear and serve it with some leftover gravy, or better yet, add some of that cranberry sauce nobody really touched to your gravy to give it a little more tart flavor. Perfect for weekend football!Now of course everyone's leftovers will vary, but no matter what you add, I'm sure will taste great. Really!In this video we added:1 cup dark meat, chopped1 cup white meat, chopped1 cup mashed potatoes3/4 cup stuffing1 egg1 or 2 brussels sprouts, shaved or chopped1 clove of garlic, crushedgenerous squeeze of lemon1/4 cup cranberry sauce1 tablespoon breadcrumbsfistful of italian parsley, choppedGingerly mix all the ingredients together, lightly oil the surface of a pan or griddle then give them a good sear on all sides.If you have gravy and/or cranberry sauce, mix the two together, simmer, then drizzle a bit over the finished Thanksgiving leftover meatballs. Get your hands on some fresh sage and give it a flash fry in hot oil. Both sides to crisp it up. dash a little salt and throw it on top of your dish.
