How to make Thanksgiving leftover meatballs/Easy Recipe

Not sure what to do with all of your Thanksgiving leftovers?

A delicious sandwich is certainly one idea, but did you think to mix all of your ingredients in a bowl with an egg, some breadcrumbs and then roll them into a ball? Give them a good sear and serve it with some leftover gravy, or better yet, add some of that cranberry sauce nobody really touched to your gravy to give it a little more tart flavor. Perfect for weekend football!

Now of course everyone's leftovers will vary, but no matter what you add, I'm sure will taste great. Really!

In this video we added:
1 cup dark meat, chopped
1 cup white meat, chopped
1 cup mashed potatoes
3/4 cup stuffing
1 egg
1 or 2 brussels sprouts, shaved or chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed
generous squeeze of lemon
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
fistful of italian parsley, chopped

Gingerly mix all the ingredients together, lightly oil the surface of a pan or griddle then give them a good sear on all sides.

If you have gravy and/or cranberry sauce, mix the two together, simmer, then drizzle a bit over the finished Thanksgiving leftover meatballs.

Get your hands on some fresh sage and give it a flash fry in hot oil. Both sides to crisp it up. dash a little salt and throw it on top of your dish.

You have the ingredients, just get creative and include the kids!
