Kyler demonstrates how to Grill Cauliflower. This simple recipe does not take long and you can spend time outdoors. Get creative with spices and try layering the finished cauliflower over tahini and parsley.Ingredients:1 Cauliflower headfew glugs of extra virgin olive oildash of salt, to tastecracked pepper, to tastecumin, to tastesqueeze of lemon juicecilantro leavesLight a charcoal grill or if using propane, get the grill hot.peel back the green stem parts of the cauliflower and tear off bite size pieces. Keep it rustic. Cut cauliflower in half to help tear more pieces. Add pieces to a bowl, add oil, seasonings and toss. lightly oil the top grate part of the grill and add cauliflower. let brown on all sides. Keep a close eye on them so they don't get too black, but a nice char is always a tasty thing.Once all cauliflower pieces are to your liking, place them in a bowl, drizzle some good quality extra virgin olive oil, squeeze of lemon and some cilantro leaves.
