Homemade Spinach Loaf -

Made Spinach Loaf using tomiz spinach powder. Out of the 3 Bun, 2 were plain to use for sandwich while one of it I added some roasted walnuts, sesame seeds and dried fig to it
.
Ingredients (500g dough)
170ml liquid (milk + egg)
260g tomiz high gluten flour
1 tbsp tomiz Spinach powder
30g caster sugar
1/8 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp instant dried yeast
30g soften unsalted butter
