Made a pot of chicken stock to go with our homemade dumplings plus some huge choy sum from Cameron Highland.Chicken Stock10 chicken drumstick bones1 medium carrot, cut into chunk 1 medium onion, cut into quarter 4 garlic cloves3 slices ginger 2 stalks scallion.Method 1. Blanch chicken bone, rinse and set side 2. In a stock pot saut onion, garlic and ginger till fragrant, add blanch chicken bones and carrot and cook for 30 seconds before adding 1.2L hot water 3. When mixture comes to boil, add scallion then lower the heat and simmer for 30-45 mins4.
