Easy Family-Style Sushi Wraps

Its Day 8 of my 15-minute Supper Series! Were doing family-style sushi wraps, which is by far my kids fave (and mine too!)

Wanna know my best stress-busting mealtime tip? Offer them family-style! Family-style meals are easy, fun and save time (and sanity). It can help kids feel more empowered with their food choices by allowing them to pick and choose what they want on their plates based on what youve offered. It may even reduce picky eating and mealtime battles and make for a more positive experience.

Your job is to choose and lay out the ingredients, and their job is to choose what and how much to take (and eat!). These fun and easy Family-Style Nori Wraps help you do just that! I made sticky rice ahead of time, grabbed some nori sheets that I had in the pantry and laid out:

Costco tuna poke, smoked salmon that I had in the freezer, cucumber strips, mango strips, avocado and then whipped up a quick spicy mayo with sriracha and mayo (thats it!). Then we built them. SO yummy! Lets make them.

What you need
A variety of fish (smoked salmon, cooked and cooled salmon, tuna poke)
Nori sheets
Sticky rice
Avocado
Cucumber
Spicy mayo
Strips of mango or thawed frozen mango
Sesame seeds

Steps
1) Simply choose your ingredients
2) Eat as is or dip in some soy and enjoy!
