Dragon Bowl2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce2 tablespoons agave nectar table or maple syrup1 cup (250ml) vegetable broth 240g of tempehDragon Sauce:1 tablespoon maple syrup 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons soy sauce1/4 cup (10g) nutritional yeastIn a bowl, combine the toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and vegetable broth.Cut the tempeh into triangles and place in a pan. Pour the vegetable broth mixture over the tempeh. Simmer until the broth is absorbed, about 15 minutes.Sauce:Combine maple syrup, vegetable oil, powdered garlic, soy sauce and nutritional yeast.
