Crunchwrap Supreme | Gayathiri's Cookbook

Crunchwrap Supreme !!! This is a gourmet taco treat layered with Black beans, pinto beans mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
These are wrapped up in a huge soft flour tortilla and are pan toasted until it’s crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.

Servings-3

Ingredients:
Oil- 2 teaspoon
Jeera (cumin seeds)- 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic cloves-2
Black beans (canned)- 15 oz
Pinto beans( canned)- 7.5 oz
Corn ( canned)- 7.5 oz
Tomatoes- 2
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Jeera powder- 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder- 1 teaspoon
Large tortilla- 3
Smaller tortilla- 6
Shredded cheese- As needed
Sour cream - 6 tablespoons
Lettuce- As needed
Sauce- As needed
Butter- 2 tablespoon


Directions:

1. Heat 2 tsp oil. Add jeera and garlic cloves. Sauté until light brown.
2. Add black beans, pinto beans, corn,tomatoes ,salt, jeera powder and red Chilli Powder.
3. Cook until beans and tomatoes are soft.
4. Add 1/2 cup water and mash them well.
5. Place shredded cheese in the center of a large tortilla. Add a scoopful of beans mixture to the center.
6. Place a small tortilla on top.Spread sour cream over the small tortilla.
7. Top it with lettuce, tomatoes(optional) and cheese.
8. Add sauce according to your taste.
9. Sprinkle more cheese.
10. Place smaller tortilla on top.
11. Tightly fold edges of large tortilla towards center creating pleats.
12. Cook both sides until golden brown by applying butter.
13. Cut into half. Serve hot.
