Coconut Macaroons Recipe Chocolate Coated | Learn Baking

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 egg whites
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/3 flour
200g Desiccated Coconut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F for 10 minutes.
Use 1 tbsp measuring cup to scoop it to form a small semicircle and then place it in a paper liner cups. (This can make 18-20 macaroons ).
Bake it for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Once it is done, let it cool down. Get the baking cups off of the macaroons.

And finally, you can coat the base of the macaroons in melted chocolate then freeze it for 20-30 minutes.

Melting chocolate:
Microwave dark chocolate for 30 sec (2x) (stir every after 30 sec) and then add vegetable oil/butter then microwave it for another 30 sec until the perfect coating consistency is achieved)
